We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the main shopping district and all the popular attractions. the location was perfect for exploring on foot, and we loved how close we were to the airport, making our early morning departure a breeze. the room itself had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed. the facilities, including the washing machine and ample storage space, were a great added bonus.

We did notice a slight musty smell upon arrival, but it quickly dissipated once we opened the windows and let in some fresh air.

The location near mercado Bolhao was very convenient, and the apartment itself was charming and spotlessly clean. the kitchen was fully equipped, and we loved the nice veranda. The building had lots of character, and the owner took great pride in its appearance. Cons: Don't have any issues at all 😊.

It was recently redone and beautifully decorated. the large room with a kitchen and a spacious bathroom were perfect for our young families. the owner's attention to detail and pride in the building really showed. the location was great, close to the city center, a metro station, and a supermarket. the internet was fast, which was a plus.

The balcony, though narrow, adds a nice touch. The Wi-Fi is reliable. Miguel, the host, is incredibly friendly and provided excellent tips for exploring the city.

Plus, with Douro River just a short walk away, I had the opportunity to take in picturesque views and enjoy a leisurely stroll along its banks.

The apartment was so cozy and comfortable, I felt right at home. The soundproofing was a bonus, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor a bit cold on my feet. But I understand that some people might enjoy the coolness during hot summer days.
